At our private high school in New York, our academic philosophy is centered on allowing students to explore subjects and courses with the aim of helping them discover their passion.

Boarding students enjoy a wide range of intriguing options to ensure they are fully engaged at school, and ready to succeed at university.

Join us for Grades 9 and 10 to benefit from the the US High School Diploma from the very beginning.

In Grades 11 and 12, we offer 60 different IB classes, which allow students to start earning college credits before graduation, including more than 15 world languages, five sciences and three arts.

For a broad and challenging course of study, students may pursue the full IB Diploma, which develops intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and creative problem solving.

In addition to your IB Diploma or IB Certificates, all successful students earn a nationally recognized US High School Diploma.

Cardigan Mountain School
Courses / Programs
Cardigan Mountain School (CMS) is an accredited boarding and day middle school for boys in grades 6-9 located in Canaan, New Hampshire in the New England region of the northeastern United States. At CMS, we instill a love of learning and promote intellectual curiosity and growth, recognizing that each person learns differently.

The School is located off a quiet, secluded street in a typical New England village. The campus itself is situated on a peninsula extending into Canaan Street Lake, 1,200 feet above sea level. Within sight of Mount Cardigan, the campus enjoys views of surrounding hills and valleys.

The campus comprises 525 acres of woods, fields, and lake shore, with colonial brick dormitories, a well-stocked library, modern classrooms, woodworking shop, language laboratory, chapel, student health center, theater, athletic complex, and state-of-the-art hockey arena.
Boarding & Day Middle School for Boys:

- Each student is required to take the six major courses at Cardigan: English, history, math, science, a world language (French, Latin, or Spanish), and Personalized Education for the Acquisition of Knowledge and Skills (PEAKS), Building Confidence in English (BCE).

The Masters School, New York

The Masters School is a co-ed day and boarding school that provides a first class preparatory curriculum for 5th-12th Grade students, with boarding beginning from the 9th Grade.

Situated on 96 magnificent acres overlooking the Hudson River in Dobbs Ferry NY, The Masters School offers a safe learning environment and one of the few boarding school experiences in close proximity to New York City.

New Hampton School

New Hampton School is an independent boarding and day school serving boys and girls in grades 9-12 and at postgraduate level. We are located in the center of the small village of New Hampton, Belknap County, New Hampshire, 100 miles north of Boston.

Offering the International Baccalaureate Program, New Hampton School prepares students for life-long learning through self-discovery, authentic relationships, civic responsibility, and global citizenship offering honors, advanced placement and college prep courses ACT and SAT.

We enhance the potential of students and promote academic success and development of caring community members.

Our students are talented artists, athletes, and leaders who often learn best through hands-on experiences. Approximately two-thirds of our student body resides on campus, housed in thirteen dormitories.

Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI)
Courses / Programs
Located in northwestern Montana, Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI) is an accredited, family-run, therapeutic boarding school for troubled teens (boys and girls) ages 13-18 from New Hampshire and across the United States.

In our beautiful, peaceful, and safe location, we combine the benefits of a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness program, and a residential treatment center (RTC).

TWAI has been serving struggling teens and their families since 2002, with an exceptional degree of success.

We provide an extremely high standard of therapeutic treatment to our students, and offer help for the following presenting issues: poor academic performance, behavioral problems, addictions, low self-worth, spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and attachment disorders among others.

With a passion for helping young people in crisis, our clinical, educational, and operations staff are among the best in the country.

We are a small program (40 students) which means that we are able to provide a truly unique and customized approach for every student.

Typically our on site student to staff ratio is 5:1. The average stay at our residential treatment center is 12 months.

We create a customized program for each student that requires a minimum of 3 months. However, best results for lasting success are realized through 6+ months of treatment.

TWAI graduates average a 3.5 GPA. It is common for a student to complete 1.5 years of course work in 1 year.
Brewster Academy
Courses / Programs
Brewster Academy is a a co-educational boarding and day school for Grades 9-12 that focuses on technology. Located in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire (2 hours north of Boston), we provide students with the academic, personal, and social skills necessary for success in a university or college, and for life.

Our curriculum, delivered using best practice methodologies, aims to maximize retention of skills and content through a collaborative, student-centered, mastery-learning program.

It is recommended that students enroll in the most challenging courses possible and, where appropriate, elect Advanced Placement and accelerated levels. Brewster graduates record more than a 95 percent retention rate from their freshman to sophomore year in college compared to the national average of about 75 percent.
