At our private high school in New York, our academic philosophy is centered on allowing students to explore subjects and courses with the aim of helping them discover their passion. In Grades 11 and 12, we offer 60 different IB (International Baccalaureate) classes, which allow students to start earning college credits before graduation, including more than 15 world languages, five sciences and three arts.
For a broad and challenging course of study, students may pursue the full IB Diploma, which develops intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and creative problem solving.
In addition to your IB Diploma or IB Certificates, all successful students earn a nationally recognized US High School Diploma.

EF Academy’s high school in New York has an impressive athletic program that includes several varsity sports teams. There are also subject-specific and special interest clubs for students who would like to complement their studies. The activities coordinator plans regular cultural excursions, many of which take students to Manhattan to visit museums and exhibitions or see a show.
Some activities include: Group fitness, Theater, Varsity sports, STEM clubs, Community service opportunities.

The Masters School is a co-ed day and boarding school that provides a first class preparatory curriculum for 5th-12th Grade students, with boarding beginning from the 9th Grade. Located in East Hampton and Bridgehampton, on Long Island, New York, Ross School is a private, accredited, day and boarding school offering a Grades 7 - 12 boarding option in addition to a K-12 day program. For students entering Grades 7–12 who live outside eastern Long Island and want to attend Ross School, boarding options are available in family-style housing with faculty house parents.
International students are integrated into the School while improving their English proficiency through placement in skills-appropriate ESOL classes. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels in the ESOL program are designed to meet the needs of a variety of students and allow for greater flexibility.

Located in Lake Placid, Essex County, New York, North Country School is a junior co-educational boarding and day school offering a traditional curriculum for children in grades 4-9. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and they are instructed by dedicated, multi-talented adults who teach, live with, and care for them. North Country is primarily boarding, but does enroll day students and five-day boarders.

Situated in Houghton, Allegany County in western NY state, Houghton Academy is a Christian boarding and day school enrolling students in Grades 6-12. Most boarding students at Houghton Academy live in one of the two residence halls. Both dorms offer a secure, traditional residential setting. Two students most often share a room, there are shared common areas for relaxation and recreation, and the buildings are staffed by full-time employees.
An alternative to or traditional dorms is found in three Staff Houses we own close to school. These homes serve as the full-time, traditional residences of our employees families, but each house has been configured to accommodate students.
