Cambridge Seminars Tutorial College: Cambridge Seminars is a warm, friendly Sixth Form College for students between the ages of 16-20. We are located in the centre of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, 50 miles (80 km) north east of London, accessible by train in an hour from both Liverpool Street and Kings Cross stations in London. A family atmosphere is fostered in which academic excellence flourishes. The college’s main focus is on Pre-University Foundation Programmes, GCE A-Levels, GCSE’s and English as a Foreign Language (EFL). We have been preparing students for university for the past twenty five years and continue to strive to meet and exceed our students’ expectations.
As a university preparation college, our objective is to get you, the student to the best university based on your abilities. You will achieve this either through the study of A-Levels or Pre-University Foundation Programmes. We also offer GCSE’s for those students who have not completed high school within their own country. The college is situated to the north of the city near Chesterton (just off Chesterton Road) and housed in a two storey building with suitable facilities for group and individual teaching consisting of classrooms, computer suite, science laboratory, study area and common room. It has a separate building that houses the admin functions. We are very near two well known areas of parkland, Jesus Green and Midsommer Common.

By Car:
Cambridge is 50 miles north of London. There are two main road routes for travelling to Cambridge Seminars by car - via the M11 motorway or via the M25/A1(M)/A10. However, travel by car from central London can take anything from two to three hours, depending on the time of day. Traffic is usually very heavy on all roads from London on a weekday, so allow plenty of time for the journey to Cambridge
By Train:
Cambridge can be reached by train from both Kings Cross and Liverpool Street stations in London. The journey takes about an hour and the trains are frequent. Cambridge Seminars is about 15 minutes by taxi from Cambridge Railway Station. Timetables and ticket sales can be found on thetrainline.com.
By Bus:
National Express run services from all major airports, in and around London. including Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick to Cambridge. Most services run hourly in both directions. The coach departs from and returns to Drummer Street Bus Station in Cambridge. Taxis are available for hire at the Bus Station for the short journey to Cambridge Seminars. National Express also run hourly coach services from Drummer Street to the airports and to Victoria Station in central London.

The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) opened in 1996 to forge a new approach to performing arts training. We offer performing arts classes for 4 - 19 years old in our part-time performing arts academy called LIPA 4:19. We have over 450 students who attend LIPA 4:19 every week and we have been blessed with a huge pool of talent from around the North.
