The facilities in the centre were very good. We always had access to the library. Everything was always clean and neat. The tutors were very professional. We had two very different tutors, which ultimately made us better students as a result.

I am just starting out as an English teacher. That said, the course gave me an understanding of what it means and feels like to teach in a real-world scenario. The course has also provided me with a framework and methodology to use, going forward.

My advice to others is to be 100 percent focused, and be prepared to set 1 month of your life aside. The course is very demanding and stressful. Brush up on grammar.

Finally, I plan to use the CELTA certificate to teach English in the East.
