St. Anne's - Belfield School:
St. Anne’s-Belfield School, located in Charlottesville, Virginia, is an accredited, independent, day and boarding school offering Grades Pre-School - 12 (day), and Grades 9-12 (boarding). Five-day and seven-day boarding options are available in Grades 9-12. A weekly chapel service, a competitive sports program, and a fine and performing arts program compliment the academic experience.

Boarding:

Photo of Boarding & Day School in VirginiaThe boarding residence is located in the midst of our Upper School campus. The rooms are arranged in suites with two rooms sharing a bathroom. Students share a common dining room and lounge. Meals, prepared on site, are provided by a local caterer in the school dining room. Enrollment in the boarding program is intentionally limited to allow us to maintain a sense of family and community.

Our 5-day boarding students experience the academic and structured environment of a boarding program during the school week and enjoy weekends at home with family. A 7-day boarding option is also available for students who prefer a more traditional boarding experience.

International Students:
St. Anne’s-Belfield School welcomes and encourages applications from international students. We currently have students enrolled at St. Anne's-Belfield School from 21 different countries. Not only do we offer English as a Second Language (ESL) courses in English and history, we have a tremendous success rate with placing our international students into some of the most selective colleges and universities in the United States. Our boarding program represents a tight-knit community within our larger school community and includes many enrichment opportunities outside of the classroom.

Location:
St. Anne’s-Belfield is located on two campuses totaling 60 acres in Charlottesville, Virginia, on the Atlantic Coast of the Southern United States. It enjoys the benefits of proximity to the University of Virginia. The Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport is located 10 miles from St. Anne’s-Belfield on U.S. 29 north.

St. Anne’s-Belfield is also serviced by the Byrd Airport in Richmond, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. area airports including Dulles Airport, National Airport, and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (2 hours by car). A taxi, limo, or rental car can bring you to campus. The Amtrak station is located in the historic district of downtown Charlottesville, just minutes from both our Upper and Lower campuses. Blue Ridge School (BRS) is an all-boys, college preparatory, private boarding school for Grades 9 through 12.

We are located 1 mile north-west of Dyke in Greene County in Central Virginia, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our school is situated 20 miles north of downtown Charlottesville, and approximately a 2.5 hour drive from both Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia.

Located in Waynesboro, an independent city located within the confines of Augusta County, Virginia, Fishburne Military School is a military boarding school for boys in Grades 7-12. For 130 years, Fishburne Military School has aided young men to reach their full potential as scholars, athletes and individuals.

Founded in 1916, Virginia Episcopal School (VES) is a college preparatory, coeducational, independent boarding and day school for students in Grades 9-12 located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Lynchburg, Virginia and consisting of an intimate academic community of 200 students.

Located in Front Royal, VA, Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA) is a college-prep boarding school with an Air Force JROTC program. R-MA is one of the premier military schools in the nation, and the only Virginia military school offering Air Force JROTC. Our focus is on college-prep. 100% of our students are accepted to college.

Students in Grades 6-12 discover their potential and develop better academic and organizational skills. Students receive personal attention in the classroom and in the dorm. They learn positive Christian morals and develop self-discipline through a structured program, administered by teachers and dorm counselors who care deeply about "their" kids.

As a small boarding school of 410 students, opportunities abound. Graduating classes average $4 million in college scholarships. Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI)

Located in northwestern Montana, Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI) is an accredited, family-run, therapeutic boarding school for troubled teens (boys and girls) ages 13-18 from Kentucky and across the United States.

In our beautiful, peaceful, and safe location, we combine the benefits of a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness program, and a residential treatment center (RTC).

TWAI has been serving struggling teens and their families since 2002, with an exceptional degree of success.

We provide an extremely high standard of therapeutic treatment to our students, and offer help for the following presenting issues: poor academic performance, behavioral problems, addictions, low self-worth, spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and attachment disorders among others.

With a passion for helping young people in crisis, our clinical, educational, and operations staff are among the best in the country.

We are a small program (40 students) which means that we are able to provide a truly unique and customized approach for every student.

Typically our on site student to staff ratio is 5:1. The average stay at our residential treatment center is 12 months.
