Arbor Bay School / Associated Learning and Language Specialists (ALLS) in Redwood City in San Mateo County on the San Francisco Peninsula in Northern CA (approximately 27 miles south of San Francisco, and 24 miles north of San Jose), is a non-profit, non-public school providing multidisciplinary educational support to children with learning differences. Arbor Bay School / ALLS was founded under the auspices of Associated Learning & Language Specialists Inc., continues the tradition of excellence in educational and therapeutic services initiated by Pam Joy, Founder & CEO, in 1980.

At Arbor Bay School / ALLS, the program focuses on the developmental growth of each child. We deliver a unique combination of educational and therapeutic services to help each child reach the highest level of academic and social success.

Since 1980, we have been providing multidisciplinary clinical and educational support for language and learning needs for children and adults. This is done through individual and group therapy in the areas of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Behavioral Therapy. These services are available in the ALLS clinic and to public and private schools as well.
In 1993, we expanded our services to include structured therapeutic language/motor programs for Toddlers and Preschool aged children. These programs are led by speech / language pathologists or credentialed Special Education teachers and supported by occupational and behavioral therapists. Parents play a key role and actively participate in class as well as through parent training and support groups.

Carousel School is a non-public school in Southwest LA providing preschool, elementary school through high school programs for children with special needs or disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger’s syndrome, Down syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and communication disorders. We also provide an Adult Day Program (ADP) for adults 18-55.Carousel School is located at 7899 La Tijera Blvd. in Southwest LA, just off the Interstate 405 (San Diego Freeway), close to Ladera Heights, Inglewood and Los Angeles International Airport.
Carousel is certified by the California State Department of Education, and meets or exceeds all state program requirements. Carousel is open year-round, offering an After-School Socialization Program during the summer, winter, and spring breaks. Saturday Camp is also available.

Katherine Michiels Elementary School is located on Guerrero Street between 25th Street and 26th Street in San Francisco's Mission District. We are easily accessible from both the 101 Freeway (via Cesar Chavez St.) and from the 280 northbound (via the San Jose exit). (KMS) is taking the lead in developing a progressive curriculum where art, music, dance, Spanish, language, outdoor education and creative writing are core to an academic program that is project based and specific to each of our learners. Our unique curriculum takes inspiration from Mel Levine, Slingerland, Reggio Emilia Project Based Learning and similar techniques. Our program places a strong emphasis on social, academic and emotional development. We encourage children to take responsibility for themselves and others; and allow them freedom to develop a strong sense of self. Students benefit from a variety of dance opportunities including instruction from professional dance troups in the San Francisco area.
KMS owns a camp outside of Yosemite where it offers outdoor education instruction to students. Scholarships are available.

Sheldon Acres Child Care Center in Elk Grove in Sacramento County, CA, is a family oriented recreation and learning center for children ages 2 though to 12 years.
