Saint Street Swim, Houston: Saint Street Swim is a youth swim school located in the River Oaks area of Houston, TX, offering year-round swimming lessons to children. At Saint Street Swim, our goal is to not only teach children to swim but to help them develop an understanding of the water. Through a bright and positive learning environment, children are encouraged to progress at a healthy pace. Our caring and patient instructors are trained to work with children from beginner and beyond. Saint Street Swim is a member of the United States Swim School Association, an organization formed by swim school owners and teachers to enhance instruction and operation of aquatic facilities worldwide.
Swimming Lessons for Children (year-round): Family & Fins 1 - Swim Classes for Toddlers (ages 1 to 2): - Primary objective is water adjustment. - Parental accompaniment is required. - Experienced instructors lead drills and games to acclimate your child to the water. - Important water safety skills are introduced to the student and the parent. - Class focuses on water adjustment, body positioning, submersion and body movement in the water. - Touch and praise build a foundation for water comfort.
Family & Fins 2 - Swim Classes for Kids (ages 2 to 3): - Same primary objectives as above. - Parental accompaniment is required. - Skills are polished in preparation for the next level.
Swimming Lessons for 3 Year Olds: Turtle – Beginners: - Participants work independently. - Emphasis on water adjustment and safety skills. - Students progress toward stroke development.
Tadpole – Experienced: - Participants work independently. - Students continue to polish safety skills learned in Turtle. - Students are introduced to basic stroke development.
Swimming Classes for Children ages 4 to 5: - Platypus – Beginners - Penguin 1 – Intermediate - Penguin 2 – Advanced Intermediate - Porpoise - Advanced
Swim Lessons for ages 6 & up: Level 1: - Instructors emphasize water adjustment and safety skills. - Students progress to stroke development. - Helpful Information for the Beginner
Level 2: - Students build on skills learned in Level 1. - Instructors introduce the freestyle and back stroke. - Students learn the rules of safe diving and begin diving techniques.
Level 3: - Instructors emphasize stroke improvement and self-confidence. - Students are introduced to the breast stroke and the butterfly stroke.
Swim Team (ages 6-12):
Swim Team A: - Advanced non-competitive swim program for girls and boys. - Mastery of freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke and butterfly required.* - 50 minute workout. - Instructors emphasize fine-tuning strokes and developing endurance. *Requirements - 100 yds. Freestyle; 100 yds. Back stroke; 50 yds. Breast stroke; 50 yds. Butterfly.
Swim Team B: - Intermediate non-competitive swim program for girls and boys. - Mastery of freestyle and back stroke required.** - Familiarity with breast stroke and butterfly required. - Instructors emphasize fine-tuning strokes and developing endurance. **Requirements - 50 yds. Freestyle and 50 yds. Back stroke.
Introduction to Water Polo: - Fundamental skills and concepts of water polo are introduced with an emphasis on endurance skills. - Swimmers learn polo appropriate swim strokes, egg beater kick, passing, catching, shooting, offensive and defensive skills.* - Non-contact program and games will be played near the end of the session. * Requirements - 100 yds. Freestyle; 100 yds. Back stroke; 5 minute unassisted tread required.
iD Tech Camps provides immersive technology summer camp programs for kids and teens in over 80 prestigious universities throughout the USA, including in Texas cities such as Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. These quality summer programs cover a wide range of tech-related subjects including video game design, application development, programming, web design and more. For kids & teens ages 7-17, iD Tech Camps offers weeklong day and overnight camps. In addition, iD Tech Academies offers 2-week long overnight programs for teens ages 13-18.
iD Tech Camps summer programs are designed so that you can register for one or multiple weeks (further camps). Many students choose to sign up for multi-week packages to build on their skills and learn new subjects.

• Crossing Borders provides quality English and Spanish language summer camps for kids and high school teens ages 4-16 years old, as well as German & French summer camps for kids and teens 9-16 years old.
• Offered during the months of June, July and August, our summer language immersion camps are designed to give children & teenagers a unique opportunity to spend their summer break having fun learning or improving in a second or third language.
• In our Spanish summer camps, children are grouped according to age, level, and language proficiency.
• They learn in full Spanish immersion from one of our native Spanish speakers. They take part in arts & crafts, play games, and learn Spanish in a fun, interactive setting.

Texas Christian Horse Camp is a Christian Summer camp where boys and girls between the ages of 8-16 experience life on a working horse ranch. Our 'Saddle Up' program is designed for campers ages 8-12, while our 'Buckle Up' program is for teens ages 13-16.
Each camp size is intentionally kept small (12 students), so each student receives ample riding time and quality instruction. Campers own a horse for a week at this one of a kind camp. Children learn horsemanship skills, life on a working ranch, and an appreciation for the beauty of one of God's most beautiful creations, the horse.
El Paso Aqua Posse (EPAP) is a year-round competitive swim team that has become one of the most successful swim programs in Texas. The El Paso Aqua Posse founded in 1957, boasts swimmers that range from pre-competition to Olympic Trial Qualifiers by providing an environment which allows for each swimmer to maximize their potential. EPAP has grown into El Paso’s largest and most active swim team drawing members from all geographic sections of the city and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. We are a proud and contributing member of both USA and Border Swimming.
Swimmers are placed into practice groups based on their skill level, age and commitment to training. The coaches will determine the best practice group for your swimmer and placement will be done with your swimmer's best long-term interests in mind.
EPAP competes on three levels:
- Del Norte League: for ages 12 & under with limited experience
- Invitationals: Locally and out-of-town
- State, Regional, and National Meets: For swimmers who qualify

AquaKids Swim School in Keller, a northern suburb of Fort Worth, is a year round learn-to-swim program offering swimming lessons to children of all ages in a safe and friendly environment. Our pool is indoor and heated - sunburn-free. Our teachers use our industry leading AquaSteps program to teach your child how to swim. We also have a school in the Dallas suburb of Flower Mound.
AquaKids prides itself with a highly trained level of swim instructors. All swim instructors are required to hold current CPR certifications and have completed 40 hours of the AquaSteps Swim instructor training. Most instructors are also First Aid and Lifeguard certified as well. In addition, all employees are required to pass a background screen and drug test prior to being hired. All teachers attend monthly in-sessions to keep up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and development within AquaKids.
