El Paso Aqua Posse:
El Paso Aqua Posse (EPAP) is a year-round competitive swim team that has become one of the most successful swim programs in Texas. The El Paso Aqua Posse founded in 1957, boasts swimmers that range from pre-competition to Olympic Trial Qualifiers by providing an environment which allows for each swimmer to maximize their potential. EPAP has grown into El Paso’s largest and most active swim team drawing members from all geographic sections of the city and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. We are a proud and contributing member of both USA and Border Swimming.
Swimmers are placed into practice groups based on their skill level, age and commitment to training. The coaches will determine the best practice group for your swimmer and placement will be done with your swimmer's best long-term interests in mind.

Aqua Posse is committed to promoting healthy values in an atmosphere that is fun and rewarding while giving each child an opportunity to realize his/her full potential as an athlete and person.
Our Coaches:
Our coaches have many years of experience in swimming. All were accomplished swimmers themselves and are USA certified and members of the American Swimming Coaches Association.
Jack White - Head Coach:
He’s logged three decades with El Paso Aqua Posse - 6 years as a swimmer and 24 as a coach. And over that span, EPAP Head Coach Jack White has so many memorable moments, he can’t pick just one favorite. Among them: several high point TAGs winners; coaching a Junior National 100 Fly champ; sending 2 Aqua Posse swimmers to the Olympics to swim on the Mexican team; sending two local swimmers to the Olympic trials in 2000.

The Nora Martin Swim School in Austin, Texas, is a private Swimming School offering individual and group lessons to children & adults of all ages and all ability levels. Students are taught so that they are comfortable swimming underwater & able to take a breath before moving on to more complex skills. Since the back float & elementary backstroke are crucial life saving skills, they are taught along with proper underwater swimming first. Based in Keller TX, Lone Star Leadership Academy provides spring break and summer academic leadership camps for outstanding 4th-8th grade students. Participants travel to Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin/San Antonio or Houston/Galveston to develop leadership skills and interactively experience what they are learning in school through visits to significant Texas sites. Bright, gifted and high-achieving students develop leadership skills and learn about the great state of Texas.Participants have the opportunity to learn about future career and internship opportunities, visit historically, scientifically and environmentally significant sites and be part of a rare academic experience. Upon completion of the program, each participant receives a Lone Star Leader Certificate of Merit to be added to his or her academic achievements.
Lodging is at the Education in Action dormitories in Keller, Wimberley, and New Caney TX. Lone Star Leadership Academy participants and at least two program facilitators will be housed in a bunk style air-conditioned room.

Based in the North Dallas area, just 10 miles from the city center, the Dallas International School provides a 6-week Summer Enrichment Camp for kids and teens ages 3-19. Set in a 6-week period in Summer 2013, courses and activities include immersion programs in the multitude of languages spoken on our campus (including ESL, French & Spanish), art and design courses, science programs, sports camps, and more. During these amazing 6 weeks, your children will be able to explore the world without leaving Dallas.Every week, a choice of activities is proposed, allowing the campers to compose their own mix. Thus, language classes may be combined with art workshops or science and technology labs.
In addition to our mix of classes, we also provide a 6-week intensive ESL program combining work on all 4 skills (listening comprehension, speaking, reading comprehension and writing) with fun activities such as Game Design, Chess, Robotics, Movie Making, Art, Tennis and Ceramics. Adults can also avail of language workshops during this period

AquaKids Swim School in Keller, a northern suburb of Fort Worth, is a year round learn-to-swim program offering swimming lessons to children of all ages in a safe and friendly environment. Our pool is indoor and heated - sunburn-free. Our teachers use our industry leading AquaSteps program to teach your child how to swim. We also have a school in the Dallas suburb of Flower Mound.AquaKids prides itself with a highly trained level of swim instructors. All swim instructors are required to hold current CPR certifications and have completed 40 hours of the AquaSteps Swim instructor training. Most instructors are also First Aid and Lifeguard certified as well. In addition, all employees are required to pass a background screen and drug test prior to being hired. All teachers attend monthly in-sessions to keep up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and development within AquaKids.
