UCLA Sci|Art NanoLab, Los Angeles:The Sci | Art NanoLab, at UCLA, Los Angeles, is a highly competitive summer program for high school juniors and seniors interested in collaborating with diverse and notable minds to challenge traditional, polarized perspectives of the arts and sciences. Throughout the 2-week intensive program, students will make connections between cutting edge scientific research, popular culture and contemporary arts. Lab visits, workshops, hands-on experiments, and meetings with world renowned scientists will be balanced with visits to museums, daily movie screenings and meetings with famous contemporary artists who collaborate with scientists.

D'Angon Academy English Camp, Orange County

• Situated in the beautiful city of Irvine CA (just 45 minutes south-east of Los Angeles), D'Angon Academy for Language Acquisition provides a comprehensive English language learning summer camp for children ages 3-16. We also offer year-round programs for children ages 3 to 8th grade with our partner school.• Offering weekly camp sessions, we invite children to improve their English language skills while having fun and making friends from all over the world!
• Minimum camp duration is 1 week, and students can stay for as many weeks as they wish up to a maximum of 7 in summer.
• Our course features 2-3 hours of instruction in the morning followed by excursions to popular attractions. Children will apply what they learn every day at these popular destinations while connecting with friends from around the globe.
• D'Angon is committed to providing a personalized educational experience for our students. For this reason, we keep our class sizes low to support a 1 to 5 teacher-student ratio, which allows each child to get the individual attention they need. WizAcademy offers engaging and fun online courses with live, passionate mentors. One of the oldest and best independent private schools in Orange County in Southern California, Eldorado Emerson Private School offers excellent preschool, elementary, and junior / senior high school summer session programs at a very reasonable price. This programs run for 6 weeks during June and July.Founded in 1958, Eldorado Emerson Private School received the highest WASC accreditation. Our school culture is one of diversity, creativity, and kindness - an environment in which every student feels valued and inspired to excel in all subjects. Our summer programs are also open to students who do not currently attend Eldorado Emerson.
For our summer programs, we maintain regular school hours from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday (although preschoolers have their regular half and full day schedules). We also offer before-school care (7:30am to 9:00am) and after-school care (3:00pm to 6:00pm).
We are conveniently located in the city of Orange, which is only 40 minutes south of Los Angeles. Our school is situated 10 minutes from Anaheim (home to Disneyland) and 20 minutes from local beaches.
