3-Week Day & Residential Summer Enrichment Programs:
3-week STEM summer enrichment programs for US and international high school students include:

Biological Research
Students conduct biological research and explore the extremely hot topic of synthetic biology. Synthetic Biology is a new and exciting field in which engineers design genetic systems that can improve people’s lives.

Biomedical Research
During this three-week program, students engage in group research, attend lectures, and work on their own individual project which they write up and present at a conference at the end of the session.

Applied Physics Research
During this three-week program, students explore concepts such as lift and thrust by building model airplanes.

Chemistry Research
Students explore the science of green chemistry through hands-on experimentation, guided inquiry, and systematic analysis. 

Students learn how observations and measurements on the macroscale (the scale at which we see reactions and collect data) are used to model dynamic interactions on the nanoscale (the scale of atoms and molecules).

Engineering Research
Students use mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer programming to design and program robotic boats.

Neuroscience Research
Neuroscientists specialize in the study of the brain and the nervous system. Scientists study how nerve cells are born, grow, and connect. Brain researchers explore questions such as: How do cell circuits enable us to read and speak?

Clinical Psychology and Psychiatry Research
Students gain basic understanding of genetic, pre-, peri-, and postnatal effects and environmental influences (such as extra or missing chromosomes, genes, maternal illness or substance abuse, anoxia, diet, and social/familial factors) that result in various forms of mental disorders.

Marine Biology
This action-packed three-week program features hands-on sand and water research and a behind-the-scenes tour of one of the top-ranked aquariums in the country.

Veterinary Medicine
This 3 week program covers what it takes to become a veterinarian. Students attend lectures, hands-on labs, and conduct research and present their findings in a research conference.

Forensic Pathology
Students interested in forensics, anatomy, surgery, and law should love this program. Surgeons and medical practitioners face situations where clues from trauma survivors and victims are critical in identifying the perpetrator.

STEM Entrepreneurship
This hands-on program covers what it takes to start a new STEM business. Students generate innovative and forward-thinking product ideas, explore viable opportunities and markets, and learn to write a sales pitch and business plan.

Lawrence Academy Language Immersion Program for U.S. Students
Courses / Programs
Lawrence Academy in Groton, (35 miles northwest of Boston) is a traditional New England prep school offering 2-4 week residential Mandarin, Italian, Spanish, and French language Summer Immersion Programs to American students in 7th-12th grades. Study Mandarin, Italian, French, or Spanish while living on campus alongside international students learning English and experiencing American culture. Prior language knowledge is not required for American students.

Mornings are spent language classes. In the afternoon, students participate in off-campus and on-campus cultural and sports activities. They practice their language skills with new friends while participating in evening language enrichment activities (skits or talent shows, bowling, mini-golf, etc.). Weekend excursions to Boston, NYC, the beach, or an amusement park allow for additional opportunities to practice language skills and develop lifelong friendships.

Students live in Lawrence Academy dormitories with international roommates and share their meals in the dining hall. This program is a true international cultural immersion experience.

ACT of The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Manhattan

A.C.T. is "Where the Action Is" this summer for your child on the historic Cathedral of St. John the Divine campus.

ACT’s Summer Country Day Camp in the City has been providing campers with fun-filled summer activities in our spacious indoor and outdoor facilities on our 11-acre campus at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine since 1971.

There is something here for every child from ages 3 - 13. Campers have the versatility to participate in arts, sports and specialized camps, and explore New York City sites, embark on scavenger hunt challenges, and take exciting field trips in our Adventure Camps.

ID Tech Camps, New Hampshire

iD Tech Camps offers immersive technology summer camp programs for kids and teens in over 80 prestigious universities in the USA, including Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH. iD Tech Camps in New Hampshire offers week-long, tech-related day camps for kids ages 7-12 & teens ages 13-17. Choose from a wide variety of exciting course topics such as Programming, Game Design, Java, Coding, Modding, and more.

Students may register for children's summer camps for one or several weeks. Students build STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) skills in the tech labs, eat in the university dining hall, explore campus, and make new friends. With 8 students maximum per instructor, iD Tech Camps customizes the curriculum around you.

iD Tech Camps welcomes international students (minimum language requirement - Basic English). Students do not require a visa to attend any of the summer camps. iD Tech Academies throughout the U.S. also offers 2-week overnight 'iD Academy' programs for teens ages 13-18.

Musica Vesuviana Festival - Italy Summer Camp
Courses / Programs
Musica Vesuviana (MV) offers an international summer music program in Italy for Italian and American student instrumentalists and vocalists of high school age. This 2-week camp takes place at the Fondazione Passarelli in Salerno, south-western Italy. Salerno is situated less than 30 miles south of Naples and 145 miles south of Rome.

Musica Vesuviana´s curriculum includes an eclectic mix of American and Italian music and musical styles, taught by American and native master teachers. All students will be involved in performances at the institute as well as in the surrounding communities, where they will be able to share their music as well immerse themselves in the rich and varied artistic culture that Italy has to offer.

Any student who is interested in music, whether it is Classical, Gospel, Jazz, Rock, Pop, or Contemporary would thrive at Musica Vesuviana. Students will have the opportunity to meet and make music with students from other states and countries. The classes will be taught in English. However, all students will immerse themselves in daily lessons of conversational Italian language taught by a native instructor.

As we are based in Massachusetts, our departure is from Boston's Logan Airport where students are accompanied by all the staff members. Upon our arrival in Naples, we will be met by an air-conditioned coach that will transport us and our luggage to the Fondazione Passarelli.

Loop Abroad LLC
Courses / Programs
LOOP Abroad is an exclusive study abroad summer program for high school students between the ages of 15 and 18. We spend 2 days in Boston, MA before leaving for Thailand.

This summer's program is focused on ecology and conservation, and will take place in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Chiang Mai offers a chance to explore authentic Thai culture and fantastically diverse national parks, while still having modern amenities and world-class health facilities close at hand. Twenty students will live with eight faculty in a private hostel in a gated community.

During the day, the group will explore national parks, mountains, rain forests, and caves, and will publish their findings in an online wiki. Thai language classes, visits to city sites, yoga classes, and other cultural activities fill the rest of our weekdays. Faculty will help students to compose college essays about their experiences. A leadership curriculum is offered.

On the weekends, we head to activities like zip-lining, the tiger nursery, go-karts, the rooftop pool, thai cooking, and Muay Thai.. Highlights include a week living at the Elephant Nature Park and a four-day trek, staying overnight with the Karen Hill Tribe people.
