The Hun School of Princeton is an independent, co-educational, boarding and day college preparatory school for Grades 6-12 in Princeton, Mercer County NJ. Boarding facilities are available for Grades 9-12, with day programs beginning from Grade 6.

For 100 years, The Hun School has been an educational haven where young people are challenged and engaged in academics, athletics, music, drama, and extracurricular opportunities. In addition to a rigorous college preparatory curriculum with SAT and ACT college prep courses, we offer advanced placement courses, learning skills, and summer reading programs.

Residential Life:

The best part of living on campus at The Hun School is being part of a thriving, diverse community. Students from all over the world come together to become active, engaged members of our community.

Dorms:
There are two boys' dorms and one girls' dorm. Each dorm has lounges equipped with televisions and cooking facilities. Students eat in a centrally located dining hall. One nurse resides on campus and staffs the clinic.

At The Hun School, we have programs for students to develop leadership skills, forums where students lead discussions, opportunities to perform community service, and fun relaxing weekend activities all within an energetic and supportive residential community.

Houghton Academy
Courses / Programs
Situated in Houghton, Allegany County in western NY state, Houghton Academy is a Christian boarding and day school enrolling students in Grades 6-12.

Most boarding students at Houghton Academy live in one of the two residence halls. Both dorms offer a secure, traditional residential setting. Two students most often share a room, there are shared common areas for relaxation and recreation, and the buildings are staffed by full-time employees.

An alternative to or traditional dorms is found in three Staff Houses we own close to school. These homes serve as the full-time, traditional residences of our employees families, but each house has been configured to accommodate students.

Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI)
Courses / Programs
Located in northwestern Montana, Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI) is an accredited, family-run, therapeutic boarding school for troubled teens (boys and girls) ages 13-18 from Maryland and across the United States.

In our beautiful, peaceful, and safe location, we combine the benefits of a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness program, and a residential treatment center (RTC).

TWAI has been serving struggling teens and their families since 2002, with an exceptional degree of success.

We provide an extremely high standard of therapeutic treatment to our students, and offer help for the following presenting issues: poor academic performance, behavioral problems, addictions, low self-worth, spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and attachment disorders among others.

With a passion for helping young people in crisis, our clinical, educational, and operations staff are among the best in the country.

We are a small program (40 students) which means that we are able to provide a truly unique and customized approach for every student.

Typically our on site student to staff ratio is 5:1. The average stay at our residential treatment center is 12 months.

We create a customized program for each student that requires a minimum of 3 months. However, best results for lasting success are realized through 6+ months of treatment.

TWAI graduates average a 3.5 GPA. It is common for a student to complete 1.5 years of course work in 1 year.
Blair Academy

Blair Academy is a private, co-educational boarding school for Grades 9 through 12 in Blairstown, Warren County NJ.

We offer a demanding college preparatory curriculum with small classes, a wide range of honors and advanced placement course offerings, individually tailored independent study programs, teachers with advanced subject area degrees, and facilities dedicated to learning – from language labs and computer rooms to art studios.

We are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

Located just 50 miles from New York City in Hightstown NJ, Peddie School is a private, coeducational, college preparatory boarding and day school offering Grades 9-12.
