Situated in Brentwood, Williamson County TN, just 20 minutes south of Nashville, Montessori Academy is the largest private, not-for-profit Montessori school in the Nashville/Brentwood area. Authentic Montessori School Programs:

Infant Program:
- Ages 3 months - 18 months

This program is a nurturing environment, structured to meet the developmental needs of the youngest of our children.

Children learn to use their large muscles for crawling, pulling up, and walking, and are exposed to many materials which will assist in their development.

Toddler Program:
- Ages 18 months - 36 months

In this class, toddlers are encouraged to have independence and to explore and make choices in a safe environment.

The learning environment is home-like and fully equipped with Montessori materials, a gross motor play area in the classroom, a separate outdoor play area and a full size gym is available for the children.

Primary Program:
- Ages 3-6

In this program, children develop independence, self-motivation, and confidence while becoming responsible community members. Subjects include:

- Sensorial
- Mathematics
- Language
- Geography and Science
- Art
- Miscellaneous

Lower Elementary Program:
- Ages 6-9 years (1st, 2nd, 3rd Grade students)

In this program, each multi-age classroom is taught by a team of two AMS certified teachers. All classrooms are sequenced learning environments, equipped with beautiful Montessori materials and an abundance of educational resources.
Upper Elementary / Middle School
- Ages 9-15 (4th through 8th Grade students), features include:

- Multi-age classrooms (4-5) & (6-8)
- Sequenced learning environments include age appropriate Montessori materials
- Time management skills are developed through daily and weekly lesson plans and long-range projects
- Experiments are conducted in science class
- Stanford Achievement Tests are taken annually

iD Tech Camps in Tennessee offers week-long, tech-related day and overnight camps for kids ages 7-17 at Vandebilt University, in Nashville TN. These technology education programs are premised on personalization - your path, at your pace. Our tech-savvy, adult-only instructors guide you through customized curriculum with one-on-one teaching.

The curriculum is customized for beginner to advanced learners - so you can work at your pace. All courses have multiple modules of curriculum—instructors introduce students to increasingly advanced levels according to their progress and previous experience.

Open Door Preschool, Augusta

Located in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, Open Door Preschool offers infant, toddler and preschool programs for children of 14 months to 5 years. The school was founded in 1964 when a group of parents opened the first integrated non-sectarian non-profit preschool in Augusta. It was the only preschool with an ‘open door’ policy and was entirely administered by the parents. Today, after 45 years, Open Door Preschool continues to provide a nurturing environment for children.

Under the guidance of a lead teacher, our staff plans activities that relate to the developmental goals established and include experiences in art, crafts, construction with blocks and other building toys, use of manipulatory materials, games, presentation of stories, books, music and rhythm and movement. Piano Art Studio
Courses / Programs
Piano Art Studio offers intensive piano training throughout Gwinnett County (part of the Atlanta metro area), GA for advanced piano performance students, and preparation training for competitions, solo recitals and college exams. Intermediate students are accepted as well.

Piano training classes are run by Dr. Lusia Glagoleva, who has a Ph.D. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. As a member of American National Music Teachers Association and American Federation of Musicians, Lusia always explores opportunities to take part in Auditions, Competitions, and Festivals with her advanced students.

For many years, Lusia Glagoleva has been successfully combining her work as an instructor, Professor of Special Piano at Musical Colleges, Conservatory, and Institutes with her concert appearances.

Many young musicians have studied under Glagoleva during her teaching at Musical Colleges and Conservatory. Many of these students have themselves become laureates and diploma winners of various competitions. In 2004 she was selected the “Teacher of the Year” by Atlanta Conservatory Faculty Staff.
