Christian Kindergarten - 11th Grade in Charlotte

Back Creek Christian Academy, Charlotte:
Located in the University City area of northeastern Charlotte NC, Back Creek Christian Academy is an ACSI and AdvancEd-accredited private school. Established in 1999, we provide a faith-based education for transitional Kindergarten through 11th Grade.

Faith-Based Programs for Students in Kindergarten through 11th Grade:
Our focus is on spiritual and emotional development as well as academics. There is an atmosphere of community between students, teachers, parents and administrators.

Lower School Academics (TK–5th Grade)
In our elementary classrooms, lives are transformed through prayer, worship, creativity, inquiry, and understanding.

Our qualified and talented teachers foster the unique gifts and abilities God has given to each child, they also encourage students to engage in challenges.

Critical thinking, creativity, study skills, organization, and character training are incorporated into our program using godly principles to direct the students. Subjects include:

Middle School Academics (6th–8th Grade)
As our students acquire knowledge and new skills, students in grades 6-8 are encouraged in personal growth and maturity in their relationship with Jesus Christ. 

Our goal is for students to develop the gifts the Lord has given them, so they might serve Him and be role models to others.

Upper School / High School Academics (9th–11th Grade)
BCCA offers a challenging academic program based on biblical values for 9th–11th graders. We want our students to be well prepared for their future by presenting them with relevant curriculum, electives, and extracurricular activities.

Individualized academic focus, service opportunities, and dedicated college counseling will provide every possible resource for success well beyond high school graduation.
