Christian Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8 Programs:
Ascension School follows state and Archdiocesan guidelines, and curriculum from the Education Office of the Archdiocese of Louisville. In accordance with state and Archdiocesan guidelines, Ascension is in school 6 ½ hours each day and 175 days per year.

Jr. Kindergarten:
This program is designed for those students who are almost ready for Kindergarten or are Kindergarten age but will benefit from one more year before entering Kindergarten.

K - Grade 8:
The program of studies includes language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, health, music, art, physical education, Spanish, and computer and reference skills. All teachers are certified for their positions. The school is also blessed with special area teachers who provide specialized instruction in their fields of certification.

Kid’s Time:
A state-licensed after school care program is available for students during the school term. It operates from school dismissal until 6:00 P.M. It is also open on some school holidays and during the summer.
