ISHR belongs to the European Council of International Schools (ECIS), and to the Association of German International Schools (AGIS). In Germany the school has the status of a state recognized “Ergänzungsschule”.
Early Years Programme; Primary Years Programme; Middle Years Programme; International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB). Programmes are taught in English.
The school employs approximately 60 teachers with a variety of national backgrounds, most of whom are full-time. The majority of faculty are native English speakers with previous experience in national and/or international schools. The Director of the school and Chief Executive Officer is appointed by the GmbH with the advice of the School Board. The administration includes a Head of School each for the Early Years, Primary and Secondary levels, a Business Manager, Site Manager and administrative staff.

Phorms Education in Hamburg, Northern Germany is an international school offering whole-day bilingual education in German and English. We currently offer nursery school and primary school programs for children from pre-school age up to Year 4. Our school was founded in 2008, making it the most recent Phorms School to be established.
