The International School OWL is a full-day boarding school based in the beautiful, historical city of Paderborn in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (in the central Germany region). We offer the German Baccalaureate on graduation, a high school diploma that is recognised by universities worldwide. After the first year, with lessons in German, English and Mathmatics only, the students can choose between two branches:

Paderborn, with around 150.000 inhabitants, is a historical city founded by Charlemagne in 795, situated in the state of eastern North Rhine-Westphalia (in the central Germany region), 48 km south of Bielefeld, 104 km east of Dortmund, and 147 km south-east of Hanover.

We differentiate between students whose home country is part of the EU (day-students) and students whose home country is not part of the EU (international students). Fees per school year (+ 500 € of non-recurring admission fee for all students):

International students: 43.800 €
The entry requirements for German Baccalaureate are straight forward and easy to meet. A certain English language level is required since all the courses are being taught in English, except the German language course.
Entry requirements are the following:

Conveniently situated in the Spandau area to the west of Berlin, International School Villa Amalienhof (ISVA) is a day school which follows the National Curriculum of England and Wales and the Berliner Rahmenlehrplan. Phorms Education is an internationally-minded private school in the Holzhausen district of Frankfurt City, in the Hesse region of West-Central Germany. We currently offer whole-day bilingual education in German and English for students at primary-school level from Grades 1 - 4 and further expansion is planned. We also work closely with the Phorms Education Taunus campus which is only 20 minutes from Frankfurt city centre and offers kindergarten, primary and secondary school programs.The curriculum taught in our private school is based on the outline curriculum of the federal state of Hessen. We also use the Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP) in the subjects English, mathematics and science. Our students are taught bilingually according to the immersion concept (German-English).

Obermenzinger Gymnasium private, bilingual secondary school in North-west Munich, Germany that features bilingual concepts designed for families with an English speaking background. Our school follows the Bavarian curriculum, leads to the Abitur, and promotes and fosters the German language as well as English.The subjects being taught bilingually will vary throughout the various grade levels to ensure that subject vocabulary is learned in English as well as in German.

Landesschule Pforta is a Grade 9-12 German boarding school with a long tradition and special concept of furthering talented students in languages, music and natural sciences. Situated close to the cities of Leipzig and Naumburg in eastern Germany, instruction is through German, and every student has to choose one of three centers of interest: Foreign Languages, Music or Natural Sciences. At Pforta, about 400 students from all parts of Germany live and learn from the 9th to the 12th grade, i.e. from the age of 14 to 18. Our boarding houses do not offer merely accommodation for those students who live too far away to go home every day, but also a safe and secure living and learning environment.
Conditions of admission include good performances at school, social involvement, and passing the entrance examination. The school-leaving certificate (Abitur) prepares graduates for university study.
