Established in June of 1999, NYCPAC operates under the philosophy of "learning while having fun" and keeping their students "excited about learning".

NYCPAC is located Behind Silverton DMV, in Toms River, New Jersey, just 50 miles from both New York City, NY and Philadelphia, PA. Toms River is in Ocean County, NJ, which lies along the Jersey Shore on the east coast of the United States.

Kristy, owner, is a speech language pathologist with an extensive background in American Sign Language (ASL)and Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC). She is a masters level certified Signing Time instructor in South Jersey and has been a member of the Sign2Me Presenters Network since 2006. She currently provides workshops for school district, local groups and other organizations teaching sign language as a language and as an alternative tool for communication.
