General English Courses:
Our General English Courses are designed to help you communicate accurately and fluently, and you can start any Monday of the year. The morning classes (9.00-10.30, 11.00-12.00) focus on grammar and vocabulary input and the afternoon classes (13.00-14.30, 15.00-16.00) help to improve your communicative skills, with the final hour dedicated to speaking. There is a half-hour coffee break in the mornings from 10.30-11.00, and in the afternoon from 14.30- 15.00. We have an hour for lunch between 12.00-13.00.
Exam Preparation Courses:
Our exam preparation coursesare an excellent way to study for an internationally recognized English qualificationsuch as Cambridge FCE, CAE & CPE, IELTS, TOEIC and TOEFL. You will study full-time with one of our highly qualified and experienced teachers in a multi-lingual class of up to 12 students. There is no better way to prepare for that all important English qualification! Before you can join one of our exam courses, you will need to complete a pre-test and acceptance is at the discretion of the Director of Studies. If you would like to discuss any aspect of an exam course, please contact us for further information.
Cambridge FCE
This is one of our most popular courses and is widely accepted by employers as proof of English Language competence in day to day situations. It is approximately equivalent to IELTS 6 and TOEFL 500-550.
Cambridge CPE
This high level qualification is widely accepted by universities around the world as proof of English language competence. It is also accepted in some non-English speaking countries as a qualification to teach English as a second language.
