Originally founded in Christchurch in 1989, Aspiring Language Institute is a private, exclusive English language school that now operates from our Auckland campus which opened in 2011. We provide quality English language courses for international students from around the world. We teach students at all levels - from elementary to advanced. Our courses include preparation for the IELTS and Cambridge FCE and CAE exams.

Our school is conveniently located on Albert Street, in the middle of Auckland CBD, just a few minutes away from Sky Tower, shops, restaurants and cafes. It is a very convenient location for students who can also enjoy free internet, coffee and the pool table during the breaks.

We are a rather small school with no more than 80 students at any time so than we can keep a close relationship with the students. Taylors College Auckland provides specialised university preparation programs in partnership with leading universities in New Zealand. With successful completion of the Taylors Auckland Foundation Year (TAFY), you will be guaranteed entry into the University of Auckland, AUT University and Massey University. There are two study options available for Taylors Auckland Foundation Year. If you have superior grades in English and relevant subjects and want to fast track your pathway to University, you can take the Intensive (Accelerated) Program. Intake is in April only and the course is 30 weeks. If you have achieved at least average grades in English and relevant subjects, the Standard Program will be suitable for you.
