Ivy League Academy:
Ivy League Academy is a private Christian preschool and elementary school of high academic standards and strong Christian character building located on Constitution Drive in the center of Virginia Beach in the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Area, VA. Based within the historic Pembroke Manor House (1764), Ivy League was organized in 1986 as a non-denominational Christian school providing high academic, as well as spiritual standards to the student body as a whole. We provide small classes to ensure individualized attention for each student. A summer program is also provided, Camp Ivy League, that incorporates a reading program designed to improve reading skills by one grade level.
Education Programs:
We offer preschool and elementary school programs for ages 3 years through to fifth grade:
- Each student has a warm personal contact with the teacher in a small classroom setting.
- The purpose of the school is to give a solid academic foundation in the basic fundamentals of learning along with Christian training.
- There is a distinct emphasis on patriotism and Christian character training, reflecting a back to basics approach to education, and the original philosophies of the Ivy League Schools.
- As well as an excellent traditional school program, Ivy League offers an exciting summer camp, as well as extra programs and activities for the benefit of your child.
Extended School Day Program:
Extended School Day Program - Ivy League Preschool and Academy is open daily from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Regular school hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Computer Program:
The computer program provides a working knowledge of computers, keyboarding, Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as reading enhancement, and language training via Bible-based, multi-media software.
Extra-Curricular Activities:
Our extra-curricular activities include weekly ballet, gymnastics, art and band (Available after 3 p.m. during the school year)
Summer Camp - Camp Ivy League:
Summer Program - Ivy League Preschool and Academy offers a summer activities program, Camp Ivy League. The summer camp begins June 28th, and continues through August 14th. Students may attend two, four or all 8 weeks. The program includes Bible study, reading, related arts and crafts, visiting characters, and many interesting and educational field trips.

Montessori Children’s House, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is a traditional Montessori pre-school and Kindergarten educating children ages 2 1/2 to 8 years of age.
