Greenbrier Christian Academy is located in Chesapeake, an independent city in the South Hampton Roads portion of the Hampton Roads metropolitan area of eastern Virginia. Since 1983, Greenbrier Christian Academy has served the Hampton Roads area as an independent Christian school, providing a Christ-centered, biblically based education for students in grades P3-12. We offer a college preparatory curriculum with advanced placement courses, college prep SAT and ACT as well as an extensive fine arts program.

The philosophy of the student activities department involves the structuring of the program with the goal of total child development. The major objectives are to provide opportunities for each child to develop and mature spiritually, mentally, socially and physically.
Each activity parallels the Academy’s philosophy, goal, and mission. The supervising teachers and instructors model Christ before the students in order to reproduce that Christ-like behavior. This development of character both in the students and leaders indirectly reveals a compassionate and forgiving Savior before an unbelieving world.
Students can take part in clubs and organizations including students´ council, language clubs, sports clubs, choir, band, musical club, drama club and debating.

Our Lady of Lourdes is a Catholic Elementary School in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Virginia. It serves students from Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade, with a school population of approximately 400. There are two classes of each Grade from K - 8th, with 20 to 25 students in each class. In addition to academic instruction, students also participate in music, art, physical education, computer technology, and library, with Spanish language instruction for the 2nd through the 8th grades.
