Located in Virginia Beach, an independent city located in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area of eastern Virginia, Gateway Christian School is a co-educational private Christian school for Prekindergarten - 12th grade owned and operated as a ministry of Gateway Free Will Baptist Church. Our college preparatory curriculum with advanced placement, college prep PSAT, SAT and ACT courses stresses academic excellence and encourages the development of individual talents. GCS is interested in educating the whole person.

Philosophy:

Academically, GCS incorporates a very traditional philosophy. The teacher is the authority in the classroom, students are at school to learn, and parents play a vital role in the overall academic process. Our Lady of Lourdes is a Catholic Elementary School in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Virginia. It serves students from Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade, with a school population of approximately 400. There are two classes of each Grade from K - 8th, with 20 to 25 students in each class.
