This interactive and practical course will through our role play give you an extraordinary confidence. We rehearse telephone conversations and learn how to remain calm, firm and polite.

Legal terms:
Naturally you have your lawyers to guide you through the legal aspects of your business life. However it is good to have an understanding of at least the basics of legal language in order to understand terms and conditions of sale, basic contracts and other everyday vocabulary.

We will explore some of the relevant legal terms helping you to develop your skills and vocabulary.

After this course the world of Legal terms will not be all Greek to you anymore.

Health and Safety:
Research has proven that managing health & safety properly saves a lot of money.

No business could afford, or would want to ignore this important aspect of its obligations. No manager can carry out his or her duties without having a working knowledge of the requirements of the major regulations.

We are not here to teach you Health and Safety law, but we can give you a good working knowledge of English as it applies to this important subject.
