We accomplish this by utilizing industry standard tools, small class sizes and a NJ State Approved CTE (Career and Technical Education) Curriculum.

My name is Wilkis Ideology Figuereo i am a New Jersey State Licensed and certified Audio Technology Expert, Supervisor, Career and Technical Education teacher with over 14 years of administrative, teaching and mentoring experience who has worked extensively in suburban and urban districts. My education experience extends from K-12 in the public and private sector as well as Post-Secondary education.

I am the CEO and Founder of Itec Audio Studios LLC an official Avid Authorized Training location for Pro Tools industry standard Music Software. I am also an Educational consultant for Recording Arts programs and a partner of NYU’s Hip Hop Education Center. 

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts Music and a Master's Degree in Education.  I am also Certified as a Pro Tools Expert in Music and a Logic Certified Pro.  To be successful in today's music industry you need to have a great understanding of the gear and recording tools used by professionals.  That means you need to learn Pro Tools, Logic, and you need to have be proficient in Production, Recording, Mixing and Mastering.

After  two months of mentoring my son in Logic instruction, music production and most importantly helping him shape, refine and inspire his music compositions, I know without  a doubt, we made the right choice working with  Wilkis "Ideology " Figuereo and Itec studios.
