Centrally located in Manhattan, NYC The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute is the only school in the world that offers training of Lee Strasberg’s Method Acting in its pure form. As well as our acting programs for adults, we offer year-round classes for kids and teens aged between 7-18. These 12-week Saturday programs are offered for students during the fall, winter, summer and spring. In addition, we offer 2-week to 6-week all day summer camps.

Year-round 12-week Saturday Programs for Young Actors (7-18):

- Young Actors ages 7-11 study Acting, Movement, Dance, Acting for Film/TV, and Musical Theatre in an all-day program designed to be an intensive introduction to these creative disciplines.

- Young Actors ages 12-17 are immersed in an intensive introduction to Lee Strasberg’s technique in acting class and then have the option to apply what they’ve learned in an elective class.

Summer Acting Camps:
We also offer 2-week to 6-week all day summer camps.

Enroll quickly to avoid disappointment:
Classes are filled on a first come basis. As a courtesy to students presently enrolled in the Young Actors at Strasberg, priority is given them to re-register first. If any spaces become available, they will be filled from the waiting list on a first come basis. Should an opening become available, students on the waiting list will be called in for an interview. No audition is required.
