Castle Oaks Children's Center, San Fernando Valley:
Located in Canoga Park in San Fernando Valley, approximately 25 miles north-west of downtown LA, Castle Oaks Children´s Center is a full-service private school, serving 6 weeks to 6 year old children. We serve families throughout San Fernando Valley, West Valley, Canoga Park, Winnetka, Reseda, Northridge, West Hills and surrounding communities. Castle Oaks Children´s Center includes a state of the art infant and toddler center, an academic oriented pre-school and an advanced learning kindergarten facility. The staff at Castle Oaks Children´s Center are qualified in Early Childhood Education and are CPR certified and are required to update yearly. Our staff have been working with children in Canoga Park, CA, and the surrounding areas for over 3 decades.

Infant & Toddler Program:
Infants and toddlers attending Castle Oaks Children's Center will benefit from our licensed training programs, including patient and attentive potty training courses. As they grow older, students have the chance to take advantage of our pre-school program, where they are instructed in reading preparedness and art education classes. 

We also compliment our traditional educational programs with structured activities that focus on heightening social awareness, self-discipline, and problem solving skills. Infants are able to develop trusting relationship with the staff as well as their friends in a modern facility. We maintain records for feeding, diaper changing, and other important milestones of your child on a daily basis and is available for review. 

All parents are encouraged to observe the child on a regular basis to reduce the anxiety of separation.

Preschool Program:
In keeping with our motto "Education with No Limits", we intend to provide each child with the opportunity of a fun filled environment that encourages learning and social interaction.

In our pre-school and Kindergarten curriculum, we teach children math skills, reading, language skills, logical analysis, motor skills and sequential thinking along with activities that improve eye hand coordination. We conduct regular assessments and work on areas of improvement of the pre-school child for their success and growth. We follow many of the Early Childhood Education (ECE) pioneers teachings and philosophies.

The children are allowed to explore for themselves and are assisted when in need of help. Children are encouraged to develop all their skills based on the recommended ECE age groups and are monitored for development. Once the child has shown that they are ready for the next developmental stage, the teacher recommends to the parents and the change of the classroom is initiated.
