Located in North Hollywood CA, just off the Hollywood Freeway, Laurel Hall School & Early Childhood Center provides a relevant and challenging Day School curriculum in a warm family atmosphere to students in Transitional Kindergarten (a bridge between preschool & kindergarten) through 8th Grade. Our Kindergarten, Elementary and Middle School programs prepare students academically and socially to be successful in the high school of their choice. Laurel Hall helps build the foundation of moral and ethical standards through grade-level appropriate religious instruction. Religious education in the elementary grades includes a Lutheran based curriculum that incorporates devotions, weekly stories, discussion and activities.

Fine Arts:
Our Fine Arts Program exposes students to many musical styles and genres, learning note and rhythm reading. Instrumental opportunities begin in third grade when students learn the recorder. Grades 4-8 may participate in Band, Strings, Handbells, or Guitar. They have the additional opportunity of Drama, Dance or Glee.
Music:
Our Musicals are full-scale theatrical productions frequently compared to the best high school productions. Our Fine Arts faculty includes veterans of Broadway stage and network television.

The Art of Learning Academy is a private co-educational school in Northridge in Los Angeles County, CA, serving students in grades 6-12 from Reseda, Canoga Park, Winnetka, North Hills and surrounding communities. The Art of Learning is not an ordinary private school.
