LEED Tier 1:
Green Associate:
If you are just beginning your career in green building or if you are not currently a LEED AP, the LEED Green Associate Accreditation is for you! LEED Green Associate is the introductory level of accreditation and sets you apart from your competition as a green building expert. Developed by U.S Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the universally accepted green building system and covers all elements of building construction including: site, water, energy, materials, air quality, & design innovation.

There are seven primary categories tested on the LEED Green Associate Exam. Those are:
- Synergistic Opportunities and LEED Application Process
- Project Site Factors
- Water Management
- Project Systems and Energy Impacts
- Acquisition, Installation, and Management of Project Materials
- Stakeholder Involvement in Innovation
- Project Surroundings and Public Outreach


LEED Tier 2 - LEED AP+:
LEED BD&C (Building Design + Construction) Exam Prep:
LEED for Building Design and Construction covers New Construction, Core & Shell, and Schools under LEED 2009. The focus is on institutional, commercial, & large-scale residential projects with modifications that dealt with shortcomings from previous versions. Developed by U.S Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the universally accepted green building system and covers all elements of building construction including: site, water, energy, materials, air quality, & design innovation.

LEED ID&C (Interior Design + Construction) Exam Prep:
LEED for Interior Design and Construction will be used in place of LEED-CI (Commercial Interiors) under LEED 2009. The focus is still on tenant improvements and commercial spaces with modifications that dealt with shortcomings from previous versions.

LEED Homes Exam Prep:
Specifically designed for green building professionals who specialize in high-performance homes, this is the best way to show the world that you are truly qualified to create green housing. Given the current state of the housing economy, one thing is for sure - a green home sells! Developed by the U.S Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the universally accepted green building system and covers all elements of building construction including: site, water, energy, materials, air quality, & design innovation.

LEED O+M (Operations + Maintenance) Exam Prep:
LEED Green Building Operations + Maintenance considers buildings over their entire life-cycle and provides a means of maintaining existing buildings that already have sustainable features in place to ensure the continued reduction of environmental impacts. Developed by the U.S Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the universally accepted green building system and covers all elements of building construction including: site, water, energy, materials, air quality, & design innovation.

LEED ND (Neighborhood Devlopment) Exam Prep:
LEED for Neighborhood Devlopment will deal with neighborhoods / communities that are sustainable in their design & development.


Tier 3 - LEED Fellow:
The most prestigious level of accreditation will be rolled out post-2009 and awarded based on experience in & contributions / improvements to the green building industry.


Energy Auditor Training - BPI Energy Auditor Training:
The Building Performance Institute (BPI) was founded in 1993 and is the most widely recognized association that certifies energy auditors on a national scale. The process of becoming an energy auditor requires 2 tests: a written computer test and a field test, both of which are included as part of every Green Education Services course.
