Our closest international Airport is in Port Elizabeth, 80 km from Jeffreys Bay. We are a gateway to two of South Africa's top tourist routes, namely the Garden Route leading to Cape Town, and the Sunshine Coast between Port Elizabeth and Durban.

Jeffreys Bay, or Jbay as it is affectionately known, is a popular year round holiday destination for local and international visitors. During the summer months tourists enjoy the stretches of golden beaches, excellent swimming conditions and a variety of water sports while in winter the surf pulls in and town becomes a surfers paradise.
Jeffreys Bay is famous for its surfing and boasts the longest right hand break in the world. We host one of the well known international surf competitions each year, namely the Billabong Pro which sees the top 45 surfers of the world competing.
