Jeffreys Bay Language School has been in operation since November 2005. We are situated in Eastern Cape, South Africa, 700 km up the East Coast from Cape Town. Our closest international Airport is in Port Elizabeth, 80 km from Jeffreys Bay. We are a gateway to two of South Africa's top tourist routes, namely the Garden Route leading to Cape Town, and the Sunshine Coast between Port Elizabeth and Durban.

Jeffreys Bay, or Jbay as it is affectionately known, is a popular year round holiday destination for local and international visitors. During the summer months tourists enjoy the stretches of golden beaches, excellent swimming conditions and a variety of water sports while in winter the surf pulls in and town becomes a surfers paradise.
Jeffreys Bay is famous for its surfing and boasts the longest right hand break in the world. We host one of the well known international surf competitions each year, namely the Billabong Pro which sees the top 45 surfers of the world competing.

The Knowledge Workshop (TKW) is an international language and skills centre based in the vibey suburb of Observatory, Cape Town in South Africa. TKW was conceived by Marian James and Paul Salmon in 2006, fuelled by a passion for teaching and a shared social conscience. Approaching the industry from a new angle, we have developed courses, initiatives and more meaningful ways of conducting business.

The Cape Town School of English is a Language school in Cape Town specialising in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) since 1991. We offer an internationally recognised Certificate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) in Cape Town and other centres throughout South Africa.

We have trained TEFL teachers on an ongoing basis for 16 years and are well established in the TEFL Training field. We require that all applicants have English first language proficiency and tertiary education or work experience. Accent and use of English is very important if you wish to compete in an International TEFL environment.

Situated in Plettenberg Bay in the heart of the adventure capital of South Africa, Garden Route Language Centre specialise in combining language and adventure in a 4 week intensive English course. Our course structure and group participation in adventure activities offer students a maximum learning experience both in and out of the classroom.

Our intensive English courses involve 30 hours / week and are restricted to 16 students to ensure personalised attention. The course is divided into 2 classes, (pre-intermediate/intermediate) and (intermediate/upper intermediate). All transport to and from adventure activities are inclusve.
