Garden Route Language Centre:
Situated in Plettenberg Bay in the heart of the adventure capital of South Africa, Garden Route Language Centre specialise in combining language and adventure in a 4 week intensive English course. Our course structure and group participation in adventure activities offer students a maximum learning experience both in and out of the classroom. Our intensive English courses involve 30 hours / week and are restricted to 16 students to ensure personalised attention. The course is divided into 2 classes, (pre-intermediate/intermediate) and (intermediate/upper intermediate). All transport to and from adventure activities are inclusve.

Our aim is to provide our students with a combination of English and adventure. We combine comprehensive English tuition and group participation in outdoor and adventure activities, providing students the opportunity to continually develop their English language skills both in and out the classroom in the form of a "Language Safari".

Intensive English and General English courses:
Our courses are designed to improve: accuracy, focusing on grammatical skills, reading & writing and fluency skills in afternoon conversation classes. We offer all levels, from beginner to upper intermediate.

Classes are restricted to eight students to ensure personalised teaching. We do not offer business and exam preparation classes as our emphasis is based on language and adventure. Our team of teachers are both dedicated and qualified with much travel and sporting experience.

We offer student residence accommodation at a 5 star backpackers or at the school. We also offer host family accommodation.

Surfing: - We have our own in-house surfing school. Complete your course a well spoken surfer

Kite Surfing: - Local kite surfing school for those who dare to take on the wind!

Bungi Jumping: - Face your fear at the highest bungi in the world, Bloukrans bungi (216m)

Skydiving: - Jump out of an aeroplane at 10,000 feet and float above the most beautiful drop zone in the world.

Hiking: - Epic hiking through indigenous forests or along the coast including the Robberg Nature Reserve. Observe seals in their natural environment and experience on of the rare tombola beaches in the world.

Game Safaris: - Experience lions, elephants, buffalo, rhino and leopard in our back garden. Weekend and day trips just ½ hour drive away.

Whale and Dolphin Watching: - Take an ocean safari and learn about whales, dolphins, seals, sharks and marine bird life. These cruises are spectacular and a cruise on a boat should be part of your lifetime memories.

Township Trail: - This township trail is a unique tour offering the international traveler a memorable experience never to forget.

Shark Cage Diving: - Come and experience the jaws of the Great White from the safety of a shark cage.
