Languages International and Culture Academy (BRYN LICA) is a newly established yet promising language, academic and culture-training institution in Paranaque in the Metro Manila area of northern Philippines, dedicated to providing excellent English language education and culture training through a differentiated academic learning experience. It caters to the needs of international students, while capitalizing on personal service and its unique location adjacent to the most high-end areas of Alabang. BRYN LICA is a prospective member of the Council of International School (CIS), with its administrator currently an individual member of the Council. After a brief period of becoming established, BRYN LICA will work for international accreditation, and diverse into other programs that ensure high standards of international education for the needs of all age groups, from pre-school to adults.

Languages International & Culture Academy (LICA ) boasts of its wide authentic materials and research-based instruction supported through computer assisted language learning (CALL) and multi-media approach. Today, English language learning and instruction is at a low ebb. Something has to be done to reverse the situation, for ESL studednts in the Phil. to keep their most essential asset of English communication for national and international development.

The long-term goal of BRYN LICA is to maintain excellent education by providing a differentiated academic learning experience catering to the needs of international students of various culture background and age levels, while capitalizing on personal service and its unique location in one of the most convenient and high-end areas of Alabang.

One way LICA hopes to help achieve this goal is through the extensive array of materials starting from the Kids Learning Program as well as its unique English Advancement Program that spreads from grade school to high school .

Another way is by providing The Speech Training Program that is computer-based . The English software provides for interactive and intensive pronunciation practice using authentic native-speaker speech for correct pronunciation, intonation, fluency, and the like . Interactive speech is teacher-supervised as well as computer – assisted.

Computer Assisted English Advancement Programs including Kids Play and Learn Course and Young Learners English Advancement; School-Support (Tutorial) Program with Academic Tutorial; Speech Training Program for children and teenagers.

Authentic education and fun are the key words of the BRYN LICA Program; these are the basis of the advancement program. Everything done to advance, from joining until leaving the program, is designed to help the child have an exciting and meaningful experience, not learning based on rote memory. Utilizes the multi-media approach to language instruction based on the principle that a variety of multimedia resources enriches learning.
