Mission Statement:

The shifting sands of time and the complex issues of life demand a bedrock foundation for stability and success. The primary objective of Sunset Christian School is to lay a spiritual and academic foundation based on biblical principles for all the children who attend. “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Christ Jesus.”

Homework:

It is important to begin to train students to have disciplined study habits. Parents should keep in mind that study patterns developed during the elementary years pave the way for stronger foundations during high school and college. Homework for students generally ranges from 15-60 minutes, four nights per week. Parents observing that their child is having difficulty with homework assignments should contact their child’s teacher.

Woodbury Preschool Village is located at 712 W. Mountain View, Altadena, CA 91001 and provides Infant care, Preschool and Kindergarten child care. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm with a special early bird program that opens as early as 7:00 am. There are full time, part time, and half-day programs available. Teddy Bear Tymes Child Care Center is centrally located in San Bernardino in the Riverside-San Bernardino Metropolitan Area. Teddy Bear Tymes provides advanced training in infant-toddler care through our infant / toddler care program which is sponsored by the CA Dept. of Education. Our preschool curriculum is matched to the CA State preschool learning foundations daily, and our kindergarten classes meet state and local school district standards in all curriculum areas. All Teddy Bear Tymes staff are certified and have been fingerprinted and cleared through the Dept. of Justice. They are trained in CPR and First Aid and are registered with community care licensing.
