About Us:

Photo of Learning Disabilities Boarding School in Massachusetts Riverview is a boarding school, where academic faculty teaches during the day and residential staff provide instruction and supervision in the evening and on weekends. (There is a separate teaching staff and a separate residential staff).

Advisors (i.e., social workers) are assigned to each student and serve as the liaison between home and school. The advisor works closely with academic and residential staff to facilitate an understanding of the philosophy of the whole child. Advisors work closely with students to teach critical skills such as problem solving, self-advocacy and managing social relationships.

Riverview is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) and approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).

We offer college preparatory and general education courses to both middle and high school students. As well as academics, Chamberlain offers on-campus diagnostic programming, individual therapy, psychiatric services, therapeutic groups, nursing care, and family therapy.
