Sydney Design School, NSW:
Sydney Design School offers students a thorough grounding in the skills and techniques of interior design and decoration. Our new boutique studios have open plan work stations and plenty of natural light. The School has a complete library of reference books and magazines and a sample room with the latest products, materials and fabrics. Students will graduate with a comprehensive portfolio of work to showcase their skills and ablity to prospective clients and employers.

Course Duration:

Courses are part-time, day and evenings so you can balance study with work and family commitments.

Certificate IV in Design (CUV40303)
You have the option of studying 2 days per week for 6 months or 2 evenings a week for 12 months.

Certificate IV in Small Business Management (BSB40407)
This course is one evening per week for 6 months.

How to Apply:
We take an individual approach to the enrolment process and interview prospective students to discuss their personal goals and career aspirations. There are no formal entry requirements for our courses however, basic computing skills are an advantage.

Two intakes per year: February and July

With this background you will find a well crafted course that has specific learning experiences designed into the program to ensure that you gain the most benefit from your attendance of the course. The courses are usually run at Leonard’s personal studio in Leura, located close to all a wide choice of accommodation such as hotels, hostels and bed & breakfasts. Most courses include indoor and outdoor sessions, and where possible the opportunity to develop your films or examine your work on laptops so that you can receive instant feedback on your progress.
