Bricks 4 Kidz, McAllen:
Based in McAllen, Hidalgo County TX, Bricks 4 Kidz classes provide an extraordinary pre-school and after-school learning environment for children ages 3-13 where they learn, build, and play with LEGO® bricks. Programs are organized throughout McAllen, and include after-school enrichment classes, preschool classes, week-long summer camps, organized birthday parties, field trips, and more. These are hands-on classes where students will design and build machines, catapults, pyramids, derby cars, buildings and other constructions out of LEGO® bricks.
Educational Learning Environment with LEGO® Bricks for Children Ages 3-13:
Students work in a lab-type setting using LEGO® bricks with an integrated curriculum based on math and science. Instructional content includes concepts of friction, gravity and torque, scale, gears, axles and beams. Part of the curriculum will include the construction of a scaled model of their elementary school. The material covered each session will vary depending on students’ ages, experience, and skill level. All material will be provided.
After-School Enrichment Classes (Ages 3-13)
Our one hour classes explore architecture, engineering and technology concepts using LEGO® bricks. Students participate in 4 week sessions focused on exciting themes including Space, Inventions, Famous Buildings, and Natural Disasters. Classes follow the Bricks 4 Kidz® motto: We Learn, We Build, We Play with… LEGO® Bricks.
- We Learn- Teachers provide a 15-20 minute themed lesson
- We Build- Students build the model of the day with simple step by step instructions

Pre-School Classes (Ages 3-5)
Reinforce essential preschool skills with a fun, new approach based on the time-tested popularity of LEGO® bricks. Bricks4Kidz® offers 30 min lessons that are age appropriate for your little learner. Children ages 3-5 can participate in our preschool classes which use LEGO® Duplo blocks.
Week-long Summer Camps
Bricks 4 Kidz® camps are a high-energy, fast-paced setting where kids discover, explore, invent and create. We provide the children with raw materials for the childrens’ imaginations to create with simple model plans, games, LEGO® video games, robotics and stop-motion animation and build a world of their own creation.
