Centre of English Studies was established in 1979 and over the last 26 years has helped thousands of students from all over the world improve their English language skills. CES has 25 classroom located in the very heart of Dublin city. The classrooms are divided between two period buildings located 1 minutes walk from each other. CES can also offer our clients a cafeteria, computer room with free Internet access, self-access library, video & DVD library and a language laboratory.

One of the best ways to learn more about Ireland and Irish people is to live with a family during your stay. Family life is informal and Irish people are welcoming, friendly and talkative, so you will have plenty of opportunities to practise your English.

Our families are carefully chosen by our Accommodation Officers and all families have been visited and approved by us. Irish families live in houses with gardens in pleasant suburbs which are approximately 30-40 minutes by bus or train from the city centre.

You will be sent details of your family and can make contact with them to confirm your flight number and time before arrival. You will have your breakfast and evening meal with your family from Monday to Friday and all your meals at the weekends.
