Lincoln Culinary Institute (LCI), based in Hartford, Connecticut, is a Culinary Arts School offering a Diploma Program in Culinary Arts designed to lead students to a successful career in the hospitality sector. At LCI, the curriculum is designed to ensure that students have achieved a comprehensive skill set and learned from hands-on experience. The classes are small (no more than 15 students), and there is a great deal of personal attention. Receive hands-on culinary training in French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and American cooking, along with professional baking and pastry techniques.
The Lincoln Culinary Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT). The American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFF) accredits the Advanced Culinary Arts Program (ACAP). The Lincoln Culinary Institute is also approved by the Connecticut Commission of Higher Education.
