Kleis-Workshop for Greek Language & Culture:
Situated in the heart of Chania, on the Greek island of Crete, Kleis Workshop for Greek Language & Culture provides a range of Greek language courses for international students at beginner to advanced levels.

Greek Language Classes for Adults:
- Beginner to Advanced Levels

Greek as a Foreign Language: Intensive Courses
5 sessions per week of 4 hours each, duration of 2, 3, 4 or more weeks

- Cater for foreigners who stay in Greece for a short period of time or those who want to make faster progress within a shorter period of time
- Intensive courses are offered all year round. Programs start every Monday

Greek as a Foreign Language: Standard courses:
2 sessions per week of 2 hours each, duration of 10 weeks

- Cater for foreigners who live in Chania for longer periods of time.
- Standard courses are offered three times a year: Oct-Dec, Jan-March, April-June

Private Greek Lessons
Private lessons can be adjusted to the specific needs and wishes of each student and provide the necessary flexibility in learning material and schedule

Preparation Program for the ΚΕΓ (Greek Language Centre) Examinations
- 1 session per week of 2 hours, duration by arrangement

Further Greek Programs:
- Greek for Translators / Interpreters
- Business Greek
- Modern Greek for Children

Placement Tests & Certification:
For the best possible placement and efficiency of each language program students with previous knowledge of Greek are advised, preferably on their first contact with the school and definitely upon enrolment, to give all relevant information concerning their language skills.

Moreover, there is a placement test at students’ disposal for the basic, intermediate and advanced level. After completion of each program a certificate of attendance is provided for each student with the details of the course attended.
