Yoga Programs for Schools:
Bringing Yoga to your school or youth organization is a simple way to make your students' lives healthier and happier. We specializes in creating unique and engaging classes that develop students' mental, physical and emotional wellness. Education and youth development best practices are incorporated into all of our classes, and we create customized yoga-based programs that address topics ranging from literacy development to confidence building to nutrition and health education.

Classes are available one day a week or seven days a week, during the school year and through the summer. We also offer adult classes for staff and parents, which work to create community within a school and give the adults a much needed opportunity to nurture and restore their bodies and spirits.

Private Children's Class:
A personal yoga journey for one or more students of any age, private classes can be designed to meet your child's needs, whether that means incorporating literacy skills into class, developing a greater ability to focus, or just having fun and relieving stress. Private classes are also available for children with special needs.

Family Class:
Yoga is a great way for a family to bond, and is also a great equalizer. Your children will love helping you work on poses that come easily and naturally to them! Family classes include yoga poses that are accessible to students of all ages, and also emphasize group and partner poses.

Parent and Child Class:

Work one on one with your child of any age (infants to teens) in a class designed to meet the needs of both parent and child, while strengthening the bond between them. These classes are deeply nurturing and relaxing for both participants, as well as being a lot of fun.

Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts (BAVPA)

The Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts, also known as BAVPA, is a magnet performing arts high school in New York State & is part of Buffalo's public school system. The school offers classes for Grades 5 to 12 and requires students to apply (as if for a job) in the field of their desired "major concentration". Majors taught in the school are Visual Art, Television and Film Production, Dance, Theater, and Music (vocal or instrumental).

Since its beginnings at 333 Clinton Street, the school has grown in numbers, as well as in depth. The Academy claims many successful alumnae, including Jesse L.
