University College Utrecht's residential campus is located between the Utrecht city center and the Utrecht University campus 'De Uithof'. The terrain of former military base Kromhoutkazerne now houses educational buildings, student dormitories, sports facilities and a dining hall.
Utrecht is a lively city in the geographical centre of the Netherlands. It is not only an important junction where traffic, trade, distribution and services meet and mingle, but also a true knowledge centre: apart from Utrecht University it houses important research institutes and several other institutes of higher education.
With its 300,000 inhabitants, Utrecht is the fourth largest city in the Netherlands and with no less than 50,000 of the inhabitants being students, Utrecht is a real student city.

Students live, study, recreate and socialize on the UCU campus. The park-like setting creates unique opportunities for studying outside, while a ten minute bike ride takes you from the campus to the Utrecht city center.

• The University of Freiburg, founded in 1457, is one of the oldest universities in Germany and looks back on a long tradition of excellence in teaching and research. • Whether in the humanities, the sciences or engineering, Freiburg's students and faculty have made a significant impact on the academic world.
• The 11th and newest faculty of the university is the Faculty of Engineering which was established in 1995. It comprises the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Microsystems Engineering offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs to approximately 1,200 students.

Roosevelt Academy (RA) is a small Liberal Arts & Sciences university college in the Netherlands. Founded jointly by Utrecht University and the Hogeschool Zeeland, RA is one of Utrecht University’s international honors colleges. Roosevelt Academy students are registered officially in Utrecht and receive their honors degree from this highly-acclaimed institution, one of the oldest in the Netherlands. RA specializes in liberal arts and sciences undergraduate education, and students choose from 200 different courses in arts and humanities, science and social sciences leading to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science honors degree. The language of instruction is English.
