StudyCELTA Newcastle:
StudyCELTA provides internationally-recognised and accredited University of Cambridge English language teacher training courses in the lively university city of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in north-east England. We offer full-time CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) Delta Course Modules, as well as Erasmus Plus CLIL courses.
Our Teacher Training Centre in Newcastle is conveniently located in the city centre close to theatres, galleries, museums, restaurants, night-clubs and pubs as well as relaxing parks and gardens. It is easily accessible with excellent transport links.
Our premises is a beautiful grade 1 and grade 2 listed building which has 16 classrooms, a well-equipped student cafe serving hot and cold drinks and snacks, and a vast personal study programme suite. - Full-time CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults)
4-week courses offered year-round. CELTA provides an excellent introduction to the teaching of English as a foreign language, and aims to lay a firm foundation on which a teacher can build as s/he gains experience.
- Full-time Delta Course Modules:
If you have substantial experience in teaching English to speakers of other languages, and are ready to progress in your career, you need the Delta qualification. You can take all modules, module 1 or module 3 at the teacher training centre in Newcastle.
- Erasmus Plus CLIL:
Designed for non-native English language teachers, this is a 1, 2 or 4 week course (25 hours per week)
