Situated close to the city centre in Edinburgh, Scotland, TLI School Of English is one of the longest established providers of Trinity College TESOL certification in Europe.

Our Trinity Certificate is a 4-week intensive on-site course, while our Trinity TEFL Diploma is a 12 to 24-month distance learning course with a 2-week residential module at the end of the programme.

Our school is located in a quiet residential area in the West End of Edinburgh but is still only 10 minutes walk from the city's main shopping streets and the historic "Edinburgh Castle".

• St Brelade’s College is located on the British island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, approximately 20 miles off the French coast and 80 miles south of England.

• We are accredited by the British Council and are a member of English UK, along with being a validated course provider of the Trinity College London Cert. TESOL.

• We have been providing English language courses for students from all parts of the world since 1978. In 1989, we ran our first four-week TESOL training course, and have continued to the present day. UK-TEFL offers a wide range of short, intensive courses throughout the UK to individuals and groups looking to Teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), with the aim of enabling them to teach English to non-native English speakers in the UK and overseas.

We offer 3-day TEFL certificate courses which run Mon-Wed in Birmingham, London Manchester & Cambridge, held every two weeks. We also run 2-day weekend TEFL courses across the UK in cities including Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester and Southampton. These are held every four to six weeks. We also provide a 2-day Advanced TEFL course for experienced English teachers.

UK-TEFL's courses are a condensed version of the CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) which has, traditionally, been the only route to gaining EFL employment in the UK or overseas. TESOL Training Scotland is dedicated to providing professional development for experienced English language teachers throughout Scotland. We provide a comprehensive online Trinity TESOL Diploma course, with on-site course workshops held in several locations on a rotating basis.

Our courses lead to the Licentiate Diploma in TESOL awarded by Trinity College London. We also provide a range of SQA Professional Development Award TESOL courses for experienced English teachers.

Students take classes mostly online through distance learning with a friendly group of teachers and tutors. Study in your own time in your own place, and attend regular Saturday workshops every few weeks in cities across Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen.
