Bridge-Linguatec TEFL Certificate
The BridgeTEFL certificate is an intensive four-week, 140-hour course that prepares you to teach English anywhere in the world. Program graduates will finish the course with practical experience with a variety of teaching techniques, a better understanding of the English language and confidence in the classroom.

Accelerated BridgeTEFL program
The Accelerated TEFL program consists of our interactive 80-hour TEFL Online Diploma, followed by two weeks of real-world instruction and experience at our training centers worldwide. By completing this program, you  you can earn a 140-hour TEFL certificate in half the time of standard courses.

We also offer an online TEFL course for students who cannot attend classes in person.

Bridge-Linguatec has a long history in Brazil, with over 20 years of experience in the country. One of the school's primary advantages is location, being close to many bus stops, only two blocks from the subway, and within walking distance of dozens of local attractions.

The completely renovated center includes ten classrooms with audiovisual equipment, central air conditioning, phone and fax services, and access to e-mail and the Internet. With white sandy beaches in one direction, lush green mountains in another, and the famous Christ Redeemer statue perched above it all, Rio de Janeiro is one of the most spectacular cities in the world. You can choose to stay with a local host family in Rio de Janeiro for the duration of your studies. Homestays are a good way to get to know the local culture and to practice the local language. In order to be accepted into our program, families are carefully screened and must meet BridgeTEFL's stringent requirements. Many families have been in our program for years and have consistently received excellent evaluations.

Alternatively, trainees have the option of staying in a shared apartment with a local resident. Shared apartments are ideal for trainees who want to live with local people, but who prefer to maintain more autonomy than in a host family.
