British Education Centre, located in in the centre of Singapore, is a respected TESOL/TEFL training centre. Our resources have been built up to a high level since we started delivering the London Teacher Training College Diploma in TESOL programme in 2008. Our academic standards are based primarily on the British education system and its national quality standards; we also operate under the quality regulations of the Singapore Government Council for Private Education. We have an Academic Board to help us to maintain high academic standards.

Diploma in TESOL - School Procedures
We have experience of teaching plus administration in schools, large and small. This experience helps to bring an additional dimension to our LTTC Diploma in TESOL course, the working of a teacher within a school and the quality systems bearing on academic outcomes. The teacher-school interface can be complex and has to be managed by both academics and administration. Our course builds confidence in our trainees in knowing how teacher-school administration procedures should operate. Indeed, we hope many of our LTTC TESOL graduates will in due course go on to build their own education projects or open their own schools.

Course Aims
The aim of the course is to allow holders of TESOL/TEFL English teaching qualifications to extend their knowledge of the IELTS test and to become confident deliverers of courses preparing students for the test, particularly to Asian native and non-native speakers of English.
