Bachelor of Science in Business Administration:
The undergraduate program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business prepares all students to pursue careers, as well as advanced education, in business administration by providing a comprehensive foundation in core business disciplines. In addition, Georgetown’s global mind set boosts students’ awareness of and familiarity with international enterprise. Building on this shared foundation, Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business offers the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with six areas of concentration:

MBA Full-Time Program:
The Georgetown MBA Program is an academically rigorous, two-year, full-time general management program that focuses on developing global leaders with a strong sense of community. The curriculum combines traditional functional and elective courses with four residency experiences that are multidisciplinary in nature. Residencies are week long team-based sessions that immerse MBA students in simulated and real-world business environments to gain practical experience.
During the spring semester of the second year, students begin work on the Global Residency, the capstone experience of the Georgetown MBA Full-Time Program. Throughout the semester, student consulting teams work together to solve a pressing business problem of a foreign organization or Fortune 500 company with operations overseas. At the end of the term, student teams travel abroad to their client’s facilities to finalize their project and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Evening MBA Program:
Georgetown’s MBA Evening Program provides students with the opportunity to earn a graduate business degree on a part-time basis while accelerating their careers. The accredited, rigorous, three-year program is specifically designed to support working professionals. The Georgetown MBA Evening Program features the same curriculum and faculty and confers the same degree received by graduates of Georgetown’s MBA Full-Time Program.
Global Executive MBA:
Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business offers Global Executive MBA programs in two formats to meet the demanding schedules of accomplished executives. Both formats are designed for working executives who have a minimum of 8 years of experience and a strong interest in and aptitude for the complexities of global business.
Georgetown-ESADE:
Georgetown University offers the Georgetown-ESADE Global Executive MBA for highly mobile, accomplished professionals who want to take their study of global management beyond the classroom through a series of intensive modules in locations such as New York City, Moscow, Bangalore, and Buenos Aires. Two of Georgetown’s graduate schools–the McDonough School of Business and the Walsh School of Foreign Service –offer the program in partnership with the ESADE School of Business in Barcelona, Spain, a leading institution with a strong focus on entrepreneurship and social innovation.
Executive Master's in Leadership:
Georgetown University’s Executive Master’s in Leadership (EML) program is an unparalleled and extraordinary opportunity for those who wish to become more creative and effective leaders, capable of making meaningful change within an organization. With a minimum of 8 years, and an average of 15 years, in professional leadership experience, EML students include doctors, engineers, military officers, corporate leaders, and entrepreneurs.
Dual-Degree Programs:
Applicants to the Georgetown MBA Program have the option of pursuing admission in one of four dual-degree programs: law, medicine, public policy, or foreign service. Dual-degree programs require a significant commitment above and beyond the requirements of the Georgetown MBA Program.
MBA/JD Program:
The Law Center and the Georgetown MBA Program offer a full-time, four-year program leading to a dual JD/MBA. The program is intended for students interested in the intersection of law and global business.
MBA/MD Program:
The Georgetown Medical School and the Georgetown MBA Program offers a full-time, five-year program that leads to the MBA/MD degree and is intended for students interested in health care management.
MBA/MPP Program:
The Georgetown Public Policy Institute and the Georgetown MBA Program offer a three-year dual MBA/MPP degree that is intended for students who are interested in public or private-sector policy analysis and management.
MBA/MSFS Program:
The School of Foreign Service and the Georgetown MBA Program offer a full-time, three-year dual MBA/MSFS degree. This program focuses on the growing global interdependence of business and government systems and is intended for students with strong interest in the relationship between foreign relations and global business.
Executive Education:
Executive education Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business teaches students about business and leadership while testing their new skills in real-world settings and exchanging ideas with some of the most astute and accomplished people in business, government, and the nonprofit world.
