Conveniently located in downtown Vancouver BC, Nimbus School of Recording Arts Ltd is Canada's elite accredited music and recording industry training facility, offering a range of 8 and 12-month Certificate and Diploma programs in courses such as Music Business, Advanced Music Production, and Beats & Urban Music Production among others. - Small Class Sizes
Our students are taught in classes with a maximum of six students to ensure individual attention and hands-on instruction. Class size for this type of training at most colleges is typically 25 – 30 students.
- World-Class Instructors
Nimbus students are mentored by world class music producers and engineers. Nimbus students will personally interact with and spend quality time with Nimbus founder Garth Richardson as well as guest lectures from Nimbus founders Bob Ezrin & Michael McCarty.
- Hands-on Experience
Students will benefit from hands-on experience with Solid State Logic consoles (we are the only school in Western Canada with SSL Consoles on which students may train), Studer analog multitracks, ProTools HD digital workstations and a vast selection of processors, mics, amps, vintage keys and guitars.

Our courses start in January, May and September. You must be over 19 years of age or a high school graduate to apply.
Accreditation:
Nimbus School of Recording Arts holds accreditation by the Private Career Training Institutions Agency of BC, British Columbia Education Quality Assurance and Avid. One benefit of being an accredited college is that, to help with the cost of education, students may be eligible for financial aid.

Located in Old Montreal, Quebec, Atelier de Brésoles offers the most comprehensive instruction in figurative drawing and painting available in Canada. Our program combines precise perceptual training with structural concepts of the body to give our students a thorough understanding of the human form. Our instructors have learned drawing and painting techniques passed down through the academies of Russia, Italy, France, and the United States. We are carriers of a long tradition of figurative drawing, and base our teaching approach on this tradition.
