Established in 1999 by Brian Boyd and Kathreen (Kit) Harrison, Acadia Center for English Immersion enables students to gain new self-confidence in speaking, writing, and understanding English, while enjoying the beauty, serenity, and generous hospitality of a small Maine town. All day and every day you are constantly practicing your English, both in class and out of class, at meals and on excursions.

American Language Programs (ALP) provides English language immersion homestay programs in Los Angeles and San Francisco. • Beginner to advanced level students from all over the world receive private English lessons while staying in the home of their qualified English teacher.
