Founded in 1968, the IB currently works with 3,845 schools in 148 countries to develop and offer four challenging programmes to over 1,206,000 students aged 3 to 19 years.
The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
International Baccalaureate Education (ages 3-18)
Primary Years Programme (ages 3-11)
- PYP Programme focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside
Middle Years Programme (ages 11-16)
- The MYP provides a framework of learning that encourages students to become creative, critical and reflective thinkers.
IB Diploma Programme (ages 16-18/19)
- A challenging two-year curriculum for students in Grades 11 and 12
