Frisby's School of English is an excellent English school on the East coast of England and accredited by ABLS. Standard, Intensive, Business and Exam courses for adults as well as courses for teenagers and families: lessons for children and parents (in separate classrooms). Private tuition available. Standard Course: 20 lessons, Intensive Course: 30 lessons, Business Course: 30 lessons, Starcourse Plus: 20 lessons group tuition plus 5 lessons private tuition, Starcourse Plus 10: 20 lessons group tuition plus 10 lessons private tuition. All levels available. Exam courses for ages 17-19.
Excellent pass rate in exams such as Cambridge Certificate, IELTS, TOEFL.

Our school is situated in the heart of town and within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach. It is surrounded by various shops, cafes and restaurants.

The school building is a modern building with 15 classrooms. It has a computer room for internet access and online gaming, a rest room, a cafeteria as well as a library for books, videos, DVDs and spoken tapes. Due to the traffic restrictions in the town centre it is very quiet and undisturbed. Our school team is very friendly and helpful and will do their utmost to make your stay comfortable and successful. All tutors are native speakers and highly qualified in teaching English as a foreign language.
Average course size 10, maximum 12 students.
Internet access free in school. Wireless LAN. Internet access is also available if you bring your own computer / laptop.

Host Families All host families have been carefully chosen by the school director, so that all students can enjoy their stay in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Please let us know if you are a vegetarian or if you are allergic to certain foods - the sooner we and your host family know, the better.
Your family will also do your laundry when convenient (usually once a week) and provide your towels. You can book a single or double room with bed & breakfast (b & b) or half board (hb).
Average distance to the school and town centre: 20 minutes on foot or by public transport..
Hotel As one of the most popular holiday resorts in England, Yarmouth has a great number of hotels and guest houses.
You can book a single or a double room with bed & breakfast (b & b). Distance to the school, beach and town centre: ca. 10 minutes on foot. Double rooms can only be booked by 2 people booking and travelling together.

Our extensive activities programme is included in the price, so you can take part in all or some of the activities, have lots of fun and improve your English at the same time! After school we organise trips in and around Yarmouth. Picnic on the beach/beachparties Sports afternoons Video afternoons/evenings Museums Quiz evenings Shopping Every Saturday there are all day excursions to London, Cambridge or Norwich. Great Yarmouth also offers horseriding facilities (this must be booked up at least 4 weeks in advance!). There are some beautiful golf courses, swimming pools and for our teenage students a skaterpark. The town offers three theatres as well as music concerts of all different tastes.
