Waves Swim School is a progressive and holistic swim school based in Columbia, Richland County, South Carolina. Waves Swim School specializes in private swim lessons and offers courses in swimming pools in Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, and Lexington, SC. Waves uses backyard and community pools for instruction throughout the Columbia, SC area. Our fully certified instructors have over 50 years of combined experience with all ages and experience levels.

Waves Swim School is always accepting candidates for private lessons.

Waves Swim School currently travels to backyard and neighborhood pools. We also have a selection of indoor and outdoor pools in the Columbia area in which we teach. Some of these pools require guest fees, which are not included in the swim lesson fees.

iD Tech Camps provides immersive technology summer camp programs for kids and teens in North Carolina. iD Tech Camps offers weeklong day camps and overnight camps for kids & teens ages 7-17. In addition, 2-week long overnight programs are available from iD Tech Programming Academy for teens ages 13-18. These technology education programs are held at 80 elite universities throughout the nation, including North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC, and UNC Chapel Hill in Orange County NC.

- Continuing Education Units are available from all iD Academy locations. Students may register for children's summer camps for one or several weeks.
Camp Chatuga, Mountain Rest SC
Courses / Programs
Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of South Carolina, one hour west of Greenville, Camp Chatuga is a traditional summer camp for boys and girls in Grades 1 through 11. We provide 1-4 week camp options where campers choose their own daily activities from over 20 available choices.

Daily Activity groups are kept small so each camper receives personal attention. Each evening at Camp Chatuga includes a fun-filled, entertaining activity for all to enjoy.

Our ratio of campers to staff is an outstanding 4 to 1. Chatuga strives to keep costs down without compromising quality or care, as it is our desire to make camp affordable for your family.

Worden Aquatics
Courses / Programs
Worden Aquatics offers private, one-to-one swim lessons to adults, children and individuals with special needs throughout the Greater Nashville area.

You can learn to swim on-site at Boost Fit Club in Belle Meade in south-west Nashville, or at your own home pool.

Our swim instructor serves students in Davidson, Maury, Williamson, Dickson, Cheatham, Roberston, Sumner, Wilson and Rutherford Counties.

Our swimming lessons are private and we enjoy working together with the student to develop their swimming skills and goals. We will assess and instruct each student but also accommodate specific requests.

Tennessee Tech University (TTU) is a public, co-educational and comprehensive university located in Cookeville, TN, 82 miles east of Nashville. The Department of Exercise Science, Physical Education and Wellness at TTU offers a range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs in physical and sports related categories including Pre-Physical Therapy Fitness & Lifetime Wellness, Adapted Physical Education, and more.

The educational experiences and training provided by the department are diverse and in-depth. Our program is designed to individually cater to students who are interested in a variety of professional fields ranging from allied health, physical education, coaching, and also sports administration.

Our undergraduate degrees can lead to a K-12 teacher licensure endorsement in the State of Tennessee. Programs are approved by the State of Tennessee and is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).

Located in northwestern Montana, Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI) is an accredited, family-run, therapeutic boarding school for troubled teens (boys and girls) ages 13-18 from South Carolina and across the United States.

In our beautiful, peaceful, and safe location, we combine the benefits of a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness program, and a residential treatment center (RTC).

TWAI has been serving struggling teens and their families since 2002, with an exceptional degree of success.

We provide an extremely high standard of therapeutic treatment to our students, and offer help for the following presenting issues: poor academic performance, behavioral problems, addictions, low self-worth, spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and attachment disorders among others.

With a passion for helping young people in crisis, our clinical, educational, and operations staff are among the best in the country.

We are a small program (40 students) which means that we are able to provide a truly unique and customized approach for every student.

Typically our on site student to staff ratio is 5:1. The average stay at our residential treatment center is 12 months.

We create a customized program for each student that requires a minimum of 3 months. However, best results for lasting success are realized through 6+ months of treatment.

TWAI graduates average a 3.5 GPA. It is common for a student to complete 1.5 years of course work in 1 year.

Little Otter Swim School in Charlotte provides families with an alternative to “typical” swim lessons. We proudly provide year-round, small group instruction to children in our warm indoor swimming pool where parents can watch their child’s progress from the comfortable viewing gallery.

Our instructors are experienced caring professionals who have a passion for teaching swimming and water safety. Our state of the art pool sanitation system lets your child swim in a sparkling-clean pool without the chlorine effects of red eyes, itchy skin, green hair or sensitivity to chlorine in the air.
